Acupuncture with Shannon was a life-changing experience. I was a skeptic of Chinese Medicine but after a deep conversation, I realized I was being closed-minded, my pain wasn't being effectively treated by conventional medicine, and I needed to try something new. I am a smoker with asthma, and when the first needles were inserted I felt like I could breath deeply again. I was completely unaware of how balanced and centered acupuncture could make me feel.

We continued with cosmetic acupuncture after going through some troubling times. You could see the stress all over my face. About 10 needles in I was able to release a lot of pent up negative emotion. I had a good cry in a safe space thanks to Shannon. My face looked more relaxed, and I felt more centered too.

Overall I would really recommend booking acupuncture with Shannon. The process was rewarding and I can't wait for my next appointment!
